Cozy, quiet accommodation with very helpful staff. The warm welcome from Carmen and the clean, comfortable room made our stay enjoyable despite the breakfast being a bit underwhelming.

Great breakfast, plenty of meals. Updated double room with views of city. Location close to beautiful Sorrento.

The building is modern and the rooms are neat.

The balconies provide a nice retreat to enjoy some fresh air and the occasional drink. The bathroom features plenty of space, giving a comfortable zone for routines.

The beautiful quadruple room feels cramped, barely allowing space for the sofa bed. The check-in process needs clear instructions to avoid confusion about the accommodation's location, which can leave guests feeling lost. Lastly, the blind on the balcony door fails to block out the light adequately.

Ideal hotel, breakfast each day was particularly nice and the location within five minutes of Sorrento city center was magnificent! Our room was updated and the bed was nice, had a really really nice experience.

Couple relaxing escape

The room was large and beautifully decorated, even had a second TV in the bathroom! Carmen, the receptionist, was super helpful and spoke French, made communication easy.

It wasn't exactly cheap, but considering the quality, it was still acceptable.

The aircon was a total disaster, and when I asked about it, I was met with a good shrug! The breakfast deserves a medal for making my husband ill. I expected a complimentary upgrade for all this inconvenience, but I suppose that's asking too much from a place like this.

Hot water issues persistently disrupted basic amenities!!! Soundproofing is nonexistent, leading to noise disturbances!!! Delays in check-in processes left guests frustrated!!! Stained surfaces and general cleanliness require immediate attention!!!

The spacious balconies offered a relaxing spot to sip wine while enjoying the good surroundings. I loved the modern bathroom facilities with rainfall shower heads that added a touch of luxury to my routine. Each day, the really good cleanliness, with fresh towels and sheets ensuring my comfort.

Oh, the gourmet sandwiches at nearby Al Dente are a must-try! After a long day, we delighted in a spot-on culinary feast. Plus, our room was clean and spacious-just perfect for unwinding after explorin' the charming streets of Sorrento.

Check-in was a bit of a fiasco without staff on-site. The electrical panel was misbehaving, but a lovely staffer finally sorted us out after a wait. The shower could use some TLC. Panels were peeling, and the head wouldn't cooperate.

Check-in was challenging, with over half an hour wait during peak time. The shower, while with a lovely rainfall head, was blocked, leaving several inches of standing water, and the normal shower head was unusable without manual assistance. It's worth noting the limited soundproofing between rooms. Conversations could be clearly heard, which may disrupt light sleepers.

We visited beautiful beaches and enjoyed vibrant nightlife. The staff was super helpful. Highly recommend checking out nearby attractions and tasting local cuisine.
